1. Acceptance and Scope

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of mobile games published or operated by Wuhu Games (“Wuhu Games,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and the related Services. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy. By downloading, accessing, or using a Service, you agree to these Terms to the extent an enforceable agreement may be formed under applicable law. If you do not agree, do not use the relevant Service.

Different games may offer different modes, age ratings, paid products, or online features. Game-specific rules displayed in a game or applicable promotion terms supplement these Terms. If a mandatory law or applicable platform agreement gives you stronger rights, those rights prevail.

2. Eligibility and Parents or Guardians

You may use a Service only if permitted by the laws applicable to you. If you are below the age at which you can lawfully consent to these Terms, a parent or legal guardian must review and approve your use where the law requires it. You are responsible for following any age rating and platform restrictions. Additional restrictions may apply to online features, social interactions, purchases, competitions, or games designed for particular age groups. Parents and guardians should review in-app purchase controls and device parental settings.

3. Limited License; Platform Rules

Subject to these Terms and applicable law, Wuhu Games grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use each game for lawful personal entertainment on devices you own or control, subject to the rules of the applicable distribution platform. Your purchase or installation gives you a right to use the game, not ownership of the software, characters, assets, virtual items, or other intellectual property. Rights that cannot legally be restricted remain unaffected.

For games obtained from the Apple App Store, the applicable Apple standard end-user license agreement may govern the license to the application unless a separate custom EULA has been validly supplied in App Store Connect. These Terms govern additional Wuhu Games online services and gameplay conduct to the extent consistent with that license and applicable law. Apple and Google are not responsible for Wuhu Games-operated game services merely because they distribute a game.

4. Guest Play, Profiles and Accounts

Some Services can be played without an account; others may offer an optional nickname, locally stored progress, anonymous profile, cloud profile, or registered account. If an account or profile is enabled, you agree to provide information that is accurate to the extent requested and to safeguard access credentials and linked devices. Do not impersonate another person or use an offensive, misleading, or unlawful display name.

You are responsible for activity using your account or device where legally appropriate, but we do not exclude liability for our own misconduct or failures. If account creation becomes available, account deletion processes and privacy rights will be described in the applicable game and Privacy Policy. Removing a game does not automatically delete information stored remotely.

5. Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

To protect other players and the Services, you must not:

• cheat, use bots, scripts, unauthorized automation, exploits, modified clients, or unauthorized third-party tools to obtain unfair advantages;
• falsify results, manipulate leaderboards, interfere with other players, or abuse promotional systems;
• bypass security controls or attempt unauthorized access to servers, accounts, or source materials;
• copy, sell, distribute, reverse engineer, decompile, or modify a game except to the extent expressly allowed by mandatory law;
• upload or share content that is illegal, abusive, hateful, defamatory, sexually exploitative, infringing, deceptive, or invasive of another person's privacy;
• use the Services to harass people, distribute malware, conduct fraud, or violate applicable law.

We may investigate suspected abuse and take proportionate steps including removing content or fraudulent scores, correcting rankings, limiting functions, suspending profiles, or blocking service access. We will provide notice and an opportunity to challenge an action where required by law.

6. Game Rules, Scoring, Leaderboards and Competitions

A game's rules, score calculation, ranking algorithms, time limits, seasons, and rewards may vary and may change for legitimate gameplay, balancing, security, or technical reasons. If a game features rankings, your displayed name, score, rank, and other stated information may be public within the game. We may invalidate scores reasonably determined to result from manipulation or technical error.

Leaderboards and ordinary game challenges do not create a right to cash, a physical prize, or any other benefit unless a separately announced promotion expressly provides for one. Any sweepstakes, tournament, or prize promotion will be governed by its own official rules, eligibility criteria, applicable-law requirements, and prize disclosures. We do not permit unauthorized wagering or gambling through our Services.

7. Social Sharing and Player Content

Some games may allow you to submit a display name, post a challenge, upload optional content, or share a screenshot, replay, or score card. You retain ownership of content you lawfully create. To the extent necessary to operate the relevant feature, you grant Wuhu Games a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display, transmit, and format content you submit through our Services, solely for operating, promoting within the feature, securing, and improving that feature as reasonably expected, for as long as reasonably necessary and subject to applicable law. This does not give us ownership of your content or a general right to exploit private material for unrelated marketing.

You must have the right to submit what you provide and respect other people's intellectual property, privacy, and publicity rights. If you choose to share through an outside social or messaging platform, its independent terms will apply. We may moderate or remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

8. Advertising and Rewarded Ads

Certain free-to-play games display third-party advertisements, including ads supplied through Google AdMob, which may take the form of banners, interstitials, or optional rewarded ads. Advertising is part of the way some Services are funded. Ads are not necessarily offered in every title or jurisdiction. Our Privacy Policy explains associated personal-information practices and privacy choices.

Where a rewarded advertisement is offered, the game will describe the corresponding in-game reward and eligibility conditions. Rewards generally depend on successful completion or confirmation of the relevant ad event and may be subject to reasonable technical checks. We do not guarantee that a particular advertiser or rewarded advertisement will always be available. Advertising content may be provided and controlled by third parties; please report any concerning ad through available controls or our support channel.

9. In-App Purchases and Pricing

Some games may sell digital goods or features, including one-time upgrades, premium levels, cosmetic items, virtual currency, consumable boosts, ad-removal functionality, or other entitlements. Other games may be entirely free. The relevant game's purchase screen explains what is being offered, the displayed price and currency, and any material conditions before purchase.

Purchases made within iOS and Android apps are handled through the applicable platform billing system, including Apple's In-App Purchase and Google Play Billing, except where another purchase method is expressly permitted by applicable law and platform rules. Your transaction is also subject to the relevant store's billing terms. The app store, local taxes, exchange rates, and payment settings may affect final amounts. We do not collect the full payment card details that the app store uses to process these purchases.

Digital products are delivered as described in the game. You are responsible for reviewing a purchase confirmation before approving payment. Parents and guardians should enable platform purchase authorization and parental controls where appropriate.

10. Virtual Currency and Digital Items

Virtual currency, coins, gems, boosts, lives, or other digital items are licensed for use inside the game in which they are offered; they are not cash, bank deposits, investment assets, or property redeemable for money unless expressly required by law or separately authorized in writing. They cannot ordinarily be sold, traded outside authorized in-game functionality, exchanged for real money, or transferred between unrelated games or player accounts. Purchased in-app currency will not expire where the applicable app store rules prohibit expiry.

Consumable items can be used up through gameplay. Restorable non-consumable purchases will be restorable where supported and required by the applicable platform. We may correct balances affected by error, fraud, or chargeback, provided this respects applicable consumer rights. We will not retrospectively remove paid entitlements contrary to mandatory law. Game closures or major changes will be handled subject to applicable consumer protections and platform policies.

11. Subscriptions, If Offered

A game may introduce optional auto-renewable subscriptions. A subscription exists only when clearly presented in that game's purchase flow. Before purchase, the game and store payment sheet must disclose the subscription benefits, price, billing period, renewal terms, any free trial, and material restrictions. Unless canceled under the store's subscription procedures, subscriptions may renew automatically at the disclosed rate and frequency, subject to applicable law and platform terms.

You can ordinarily manage or cancel a subscription through the Apple App Store or Google Play account used to purchase it. Deleting a game, profile, or account does not itself cancel a store-managed subscription. The applicable storefront rules govern trial conversion, renewals, refunds, and cancellation timing, without limiting mandatory statutory cancellation rights. Wuhu Games will provide a support pathway for fulfillment issues.

12. Refunds, Cancellations and Consumer Rights

Refund requests for purchases processed by Apple or Google should generally begin through that store's refund or customer-support process; we may assist with entitlement problems. The availability of refunds, cancellation, or remedies depends on the purchased item, the store's applicable rules, and mandatory consumer law in your jurisdiction. Nothing in these Terms takes away a legal right to a refund, repair, replacement, or other remedy that cannot be waived.

13. Intellectual Property and Feedback

Wuhu Games and its licensors retain all rights in the Services, including software, game mechanics as protected by law, characters, designs, names, music, art, trademarks, and content. No rights are granted except those expressly stated. Third-party marks remain the property of their owners. You may not imply affiliation with Wuhu Games or use our branding in a confusing or unauthorized manner.

If you voluntarily send feedback or ideas, you permit us to review and use them to improve our games without an obligation to implement them or pay compensation, except as required by applicable law or a separate written agreement. Do not submit confidential material you are not authorized to share.

14. Updates, Availability and Discontinuation

We may update, rebalance, secure, repair, add, or remove features, provided we comply with applicable consumer laws and any specific promises made at purchase. Online access may depend on device compatibility, an internet connection, third-party platforms, or server availability. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted service or that a game will remain supported indefinitely. If we discontinue a game, we will handle outstanding legal obligations and purchased entitlements as required by law and, where practicable, give reasonable advance notice.

15. Privacy and Data

Our Privacy Policy explains how Wuhu Games and relevant service providers process personal information, including information relating to leaderboards, advertisements, in-app purchases, diagnostics, and support. Where laws require permission or specific disclosures, use of a feature is subject to the applicable requirements; agreement to these Terms is not a substitute for legally required privacy consent.

16. Third-Party Services and Links

Our Services may use or link to app stores, payment platforms, game services, advertising networks, or social networks. Your use of those independent services may be subject to separate provider terms. We are responsible for our own Services to the extent required by law; a provider's independent content or processing practices are controlled by that provider. You must comply with any relevant third-party terms when using integrated features.

17. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using a Service at any time. Where reasonably necessary, we may restrict access, remove unlawful content, invalidate manipulated scores, or suspend accounts for material breaches, fraud, threats to security, or legal obligations. We will use proportionate measures and respect legally required notice, appeal, and consumer-remedy rights. Provisions that by their nature need to survive termination, including ownership, accrued lawful payment obligations, and applicable limitations, will continue to apply to the extent enforceable.

18. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided on an “as available” basis, and we do not guarantee continuous operation, error-free performance, or any particular competitive result. We do not disclaim warranties that cannot legally be excluded, nor do we exclude liability for matters that cannot be excluded by law. Paid digital-content consumers may have additional statutory guarantees and remedies.

19. Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Wuhu Games will not be liable for remote or unforeseeable indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Services. This exclusion does not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including where applicable fraud, willful misconduct, personal injury caused by negligence, or mandatory consumer-protection remedies. Nothing in these Terms limits rights provided by non-waivable law. We do not impose an arbitrary blanket dollar cap on consumer remedies through these general Terms.

20. Changes to the Terms

We may revise these Terms to reflect new features, changes in law or platform rules, security issues, or our Services' operation. We will update the date above and provide appropriate notice of material changes. Where applicable law requires affirmative acceptance, continued use alone will not replace that requirement. Previous completed transactions remain subject to any non-waivable terms and rights applicable at the time of purchase.

21. Applicable Law and Disputes

These Terms are interpreted under the law properly applicable to the relevant relationship and transaction, without depriving you of mandatory consumer-protection rules or competent courts available under your local law. Before starting formal proceedings, you may contact us at hello@wuhugames.com so we can attempt to resolve the issue informally; this does not prevent you from pursuing any lawful remedy or shorten statutory deadlines.

22. Severability and Entire Agreement

If a clause is found invalid or unenforceable, remaining clauses continue where legally permissible. A failure to enforce a provision does not necessarily waive the right to enforce it later. These Terms, our Privacy Policy where relevant, any game-specific terms, and any applicable platform license or purchase terms collectively govern the relevant Services, subject to mandatory laws. Where they conflict, the more specific valid terms govern the feature concerned, but no policy overrides a mandatory legal right.

23. Language

These Terms are available in English and Turkish. The English version is intended as the reference version in case of differences, except where applicable law requires the Turkish version or another local-language interpretation to prevail. No language clause diminishes mandatory consumer rights.
